– Delivery within Nigeria typically takes between 2-5 working days.
– Delivery outside Nigeria typically takes between 3-7 working days.
– Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the delivery location.
– Shipments crossing international borders are subject to assessment of import duties and taxes, which are beyond our control as they vary between countries.

2. Terms & Conditions:

– We shall not be held responsible for late delivery of products due to adverse weather conditions, incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses, or any other causes beyond our reasonable control.
– Same-day delivery requests will be subject to confirmation of courier availability via phone call.

3. Returns:

– Items purchased can be returned within the first 5 days of purchase with valid reason(s) for return.
– We offer exchange only; no refunds will be provided.
– Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
– Returned items must be in unused condition, including tags.
– You are responsible for the delivery cost of your exchange.
– Returned products can be exchanged for another product of the same or higher value (the price difference will be required).

– Our returns policy only applies to cases reported within one month of purchase; returns will not be accepted after this period.
