- Delivery within Nigeria takes between 2-5 working days.
- Delivery outside Nigeria takes between 3-7 working days.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, they may vary depending on delivery location.
- Shipment crossing int’l borders are subject to assessment of import duties and taxes. Spazio Label has no control over these charges as they vary between countries.
TERMS & CONDITION
1. We will not be held responsible for late delivery of products due to:
Adverse weather conditions
Incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses
Any other causes beyond our reasonable control
2. Same day delivery would require call confirmation to find out availabilty of courier.
i. Items purchased can be returned within the first 5days of purchase with valid reason(s) for return.
ii. No refunds, exchange only.
iii. An order can only be cancelled before it has been dispatched.
iv. Returned items must be in their unused condition including tags.
v. You will be responsible for the delivery cost of your exchange.
vi. The returned product can be exchanged for another product of same value or higher value (the difference in cost will be required).

If for any reason, you are displeased with your order and wish to make a return, below is our policy that covers just that. We currently do not offer refunds but with time, this policy will be modified to suit the interest of our esteemed customers.
- In an event the package sent to you is not the same as that which you ordered, please notify our customer care service. You will be required to take photographic proof of your delivered goods and a return case will be opened on your behalf. In this instance an exchange will be made available.
- In an event where the quality of the product you received is not what it is meant to be, please notify our customer care service. You will be required to take photographic proof of the hairs condition and if need be, a return case will be opened on your behalf. In this instance an exchange will be made available.
- Our returns policy only takes effect on cases reported within one month of purchase, after this time, returns will not be made
